Mary Anne Checchio DDS

Mary Anne Checchio DDS was born and raised in the Torresdale section of Northeast Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Nazareth Academy High School, St. Joseph’s University and New York University Dental School. She completed a residency in Anesthesia at Medical College of Pennsylvania and an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. She is now the solo practitioner of Dr. A. L. Checchio & Dr. G.T. Dowd, LTD. Dr. Checchio is member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (PSOMS), the Delaware Valley Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (DVSOMS), the American Dental Association (ADA) as well as Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA). Dr. Checchio is a 2023 Top Dentist in the area of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as featured in Philadelphia Magazine.
